My kids rock!
Shutterfly holiday promotion

I love Shutterfly!  They have extremely fast shipping, great quality products and awesome prices!  Last year, I was very pregnant at Christmas (Nicholas was born on 1/4/11).  I did not want to buy cards for everyone, sign them and put pictures of Jonathan in each one.  Enter Shutterfly!  I ordered Christmas cards from them, which had a picture of Jonathan on the front.  The best part?  Our names were printed on the inside!  I still went through and wrote “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Holidays” on each one to make it a little more personal, but it was totally unneccessary! Shutterfly allowed my nine month pregnant self to be lazy when it came to Christmas cards!!  We received so many compliments on the cards, too!  Numerous people asked where we bought them and everyone commented on how gorgeous they were!  When I heard Shutterfly was having this promotion again, I jumped at the opportunity. I cannot wait to see how the cards turn out his year, with both of our boys’ pictures!

Would you like to order beautiful Christmas cards from Shutterfly also?  If so, here is the link: http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/christmas-cards  WARNING:  It’s hard to pick just one design!

They have more than just cards!  If you’re the type of person who has a party each holiday season, they have invitations as well! http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/invitations

If you need a gift for someone, consider a mug! http://www.shutterfly.com/photo-gifts/photo-mugs These bring back so many memories! When I was in elementary school, I bought my dad a mug at a Secret Santa sale.  It had a teddy bear and said “World’s Greatest Dad” on it.  My dad used this mug up until he died!  I think I was in the first grade when I bought it, which means my dad used his mug for about 12 years!!  If he were still alive, he’d definitely be receiving a photo mug with a picture of his adorable grandbabies on it!!

If anyone decides to order cards, have fun!  Like I said, it’s hard to pick just one design!  I’m still debating on which design I’m going to use.

Happy Holidays!!

Red Riding Hood

This is a conversation between Jonathan and his aunt, Becky.

Jonathan: “I love you more than of Red Riding Hood” (I don’t know why he says “more than of”, but it’s cute!)

Becky: “Aw!”

J: “Do you like that movie?”

B: “I do like that movie”

J: “Ha! But there’s not a movie about that!”

He’s so funny!  = )

But Mommy!

J wanted to stay up late last night and play his Memory game (the Toy Story edition). He said “Mommy, can I play my Toy Story matching game?” “Not tonight, baby. In the-” “BUT MOMMY!! I was sayin’ a question! You didn’t let me say my words!” “Ok, what were you saying?” “Mommy, can I play my Toy Story matching game, please? PRETTY please?”

I hated to say no, but I had to. Needless to say, first thing this morning, he said “Good morning! Can we play my toy story matching game NOW?”

:-)

Here are the handsome fellows who I adore! Please excuse the classy beer aisle in the background and focus on my kids. I love how Nicholas is taking over both steering wheels and Jonathan looks like he’s got a major case of road rage. He totally gets it from me.
